OUR OFFICERS AND BOARDMEMBERS
Monty Maxwell - President Monty Maxwell has over 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry originating residential loans. His focus is to help you plan your immediate and future goals utilizing various mortgage options. This is possible through his extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and his experiences helping everyone from first time buyers to the multi-property investors. His team has been masterfully developed to provide superior service and custom solutions for all of his clients. He is part of various local boards that promote improvement in the housing and education sector. His first love is his family that includes his wife Jasmine and their four kids. He has committed himself to making a difference in his community through coaching youth athletics for the past 15 years. It is his mission to continuously improve his life and the lives of all whom come in contact with him. |
William "Brad"ford Liddell has been happily married to his wife, Neva, since 1973. Together they have three daughters who are all married and have given Brad and Neva four beautiful grandchildren. Neva and Brad have owned both Classic Awards and Trophy (established in 1959) as well as Wachter Recognition Plastics (established in 1950) since 1993. His hobbies include RVing and spending time with his family. |
Pat Carpenter - Boardmember I have two adult children and was active in their lives as well as school activities. Our children are
our future and we have to treat them right to make each and everyone of them
successful, and loving adults. I own two At-Home
businesses and would enjoy pampering you with your skin care needs plus enjoying
some Dove Chocolates. Nothing could be better!! |

Marco
Farias has been involved in the education sector since 1998. His
interests include mentorship programs, school dynamics, and college
preparatory programs. He holds degrees from U.C. Berkeley, Sacramento
State, and National University. Marco is a native of Sacramento and is
a graduate of Jesuit High School.
